Thanks guys and Kim for the 400hp 383. My truck is a 95 1/2 ton Chevy with a straight axle conversion welded 14 bolt full floater rear end with 410's. This engine will melt my 35" tires in high range with ease. It's very street able to the point of my wife driving it to work. I'm getting 10 miles to the gallon with a 4L60E with a 2400 stall under hard driving conditions and that's impressive being I haven't drove this truck with its new power plant and not held it to the floor at some point in my journey. Thanks again for putting together my turn key package it was a big help to have everything ready to go along with the TCI computer system to run my 4L60E.

Here are some pictures of my 63 Corvette with your 383 installed. The installation was easy and the motor is great. It started right up the way it came to me and I have been putting about a hundred miles a day on it. I was worried about hood clearance but as you said it turned out to clear it just fine. The car feels like a different car with all the power I had hoped for, plus the ability to run on pump gas without pinging. I appreciate that you guys delivered my motor on time and am happy with everything you did. If someone else has a sixties Corvette and is looking for an easy swap for the stock 327 this is a great choice.

Well......it has finally come together.

The 347 stroker is in my 65 Mustang. WOW... what an AMAZING engine!!! Truly you guys are awesome. I was expecting that this was going to be a pretty strong motor but nothing like the package that has come together. Incredible that it came off the dyno EXACTLY as you predicted! You said it would have 425hp and on the dyno, after a few teaks (very little!!) it ran 425hp and put 316hp to the rear wheels. The dyno is one thing, driving it is another! This is a very quick engine! VERY QUICK. What an absolute weapon to drive. Very smooth, very snappy, very quick and very strong.


We had quite a few mods to get everything to work well together, thought you might be interested in our setup. I will forward some video and some pics in the next week. When I get a chance and if you are interested I will send through the specs on the bits we added. Basically we ran new bigger fuel line with electronic high volume fuel pump. I had a hand made 3 inch exhaust to the diff & down to 2.5 inch to pass the fuel tank. WOW it sounds unbelievable. As per the plan I have kept the rest of the car as an original 65. I changed the rims to accommodate bigger tires but kept the hub caps. So from the outside it looks like the classic 65 coupe. Until........you turn the key!

At the traffic lights the whole car shudders from the amount of power and torque running through my old cars veins. Put your foot down and front lifts like a plane taking off. As you can tell I am very excited about the engine you built and I hope that you never tire of hearing from unbelievably happy customers!! I look forward to emailing some great pics and some great video footage that you are more than welcome to use as a testimonial. Hey guys:

A few years ago you built me a Pontiac 455 with 475hp and painted it midnight blue to match my custom '68 GTO. Not long after I installed the motor, a mistake I made damaged it. I pulled the motor out and brought it back to you guys, and you figured out the problem right away. You fixed it very quickly and were more than fair on the bill. My motor now has a few thousand miles on it and has given me zero problems. As you will see in my video, I like to have fun with my cars instead of just sitting them in shows. I definitely push this motor and it takes the punishment. It's a good thing rev limiters work. You guys are very professional, and it was a pleasure doing business with you. Well here is the final product of Proformance Unlimited & wow am I impressed. The car runs perfect & has great throttle response. I have done around 200 miles now & seems to feel better & better every time I turn the key.

There has been a lot of people at the recent car show asking about it & to say the least its been nothing but positive & very happy looks on people's faces when they look at what is under the hood.

First of all, let me apologize for taking so long for writing a review, as I am a busy man. But I wanted to take the time to comment about my 383 stroker blower motor. I was gun shy and apprehensive initially, due to not knowing you and with your company being so far away. I appreciated that you kept me informed through out the process.
Even upon delivery, I was still skeptical although Steve did everything he said he was going to do in the midst of getting hammered by Hurricane Sandy. With that said, I have now installed the motor, run it on several occasions and I am now the proud owner of one badass small block. I am more than impressed with the performance and workmanship on everything. I’ve been doing business with people for 30 years and generally there are problems, not with ya'll, this is a top notch operation. To say the least, I am very pleased.

Here are some pictures of my car and engine compartment. I bought the 461 Pontiac stroker 475 H.P. and you were right, this engine is just what this car needed: awesome power, sound and looks. The engine has a big lumpy idle ( which is what I really wanted ) and sounds really good through my exhaust system.
I also have the 3" electric dumps, talk about a nice sound, believe me I get everybody's attention, what an awesome motor. Thanks so much for doing such a great job building my motor. It looks and sounds fantastic . I will recommend your company to all.

Hey Guys how is every thing going? My truck is almost completed except for the paint Job. Which will be Fire Engine Red Pearle………… I have put a few more thousand in it since I've brought it home from there, I wish I could tell you every thing I've had done to it but I don't remember. But there is nothing like the sound of that motor and exhaust, That you guys did for me. She will smoke them 50 series tire at a 100mph in third gear. This thing is awesome I will bring it down for you guys to see it this summer hopefully. Right now it gets about 6 miles per gallon. Maybe you guys can put NOS on it for me. You guys are GREAT…………….

I just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks for the great engine you put together for me (347 stroker). I really appreciate all the time you spent answering my questions before and after the sale. You delivered as promised and then some. I really have enjoyed working with you.

All the folks who hear the engine run always comment on how strong it sounds. As we discussed I had the engine dyno tuned here in TX at C & S performance and they were able to tweak it up to about 390 hp to the rear wheels, which you told me equated up to 450hp at the engine. I only have about 100 miles on the car and really haven’t put the pedal to the medal yet, however I’ve been fortunate to own several Corvettes and a Porsche and this engine/car combination is far away ahead of those cars. It’s almost scary how much power it has, even though I’ve not turned it loose yet.
Here are a couple of photos for you even though I’ve not been able to get any really great ones yet. I’ve also included a picture of myself and the plane I told you I built.
