We recommend this long block to our customers looking for a low maintenance, moderate horsepower motor that will be used in their daily driven vehicles.

Our Ford 302 long block motor begins with a seasoned six bolt SBF block and a cast iron precision ground micro polished crankshaft. When using Ford cast iron cylinder heads our 302 long block is rated at 300 horsepower. If you are looking for even more horsepower then opt to use Dart Performance Pro One aluminum heads and take your motor to 380 horsepower.
